1975 Group 1 Broadspeed Triumph Team Piranha Dolomite Sprint

For the 1975 British Touring Car Championship, my father, journalist Roger Bell, raced beside Andy Rouse as team mates in the Broadspeed prepared Triumph Dolomite Sprint in class C, 1601cc to 2500cc, a car capable of taking it to the bigger engined classes, class A, dominated by the V8 Chevrolet Camaro's and B, the home of the 3.0 V6 Ford Capri.

The season also included an entry into the Tourist Trophy held at Silverstone, a round of the European Championship, where he finished 13th overall against many faster Group 2 Touring Cars.
